What is healthy living anyway?

Healthy living is an approach to life that addresses the entire human being’s needs, mind-body-soul. Rather than focusing solely on one component of health, holistic healthy living aims to harmonize and balance all aspects of life based upon the principle that everything has an innate interconnectedness. I’ve chosen to focus on the aspects of holistic lifestyle that I find the  M O S T  beneficial to women’s health & happiness.

All courses & practices discussed here have been researched and/or practiced by the author, writings are intended to encourage you to explore these practices yourself in order to find what is truly life-giving for you!
